To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a Field Sales Manager (m/f/d)

The sales territory extends from Lower Saxony to East Westphalia-Lippe. The position can be based at our Düsseldorf sales office or worked remotely from within the sales territory.

Your responsibilities

  • Support, consultation, and strategic development of existing customers in the sales territory
  • Active acquisition of new customers and fostering long-term customer loyalty in the defined sales territory
  • Identification of new market potential and development of targeted market entry strategies
  • Independent implementation of revenue and sales planning to ensure sales targets are met
  • Regular reporting and transparent communication with sales management
  • Preparation of customized proposals and targeted support for projects through to successful contract closure

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Substantial experience in an industrial setting
  • Passion for selling sophisticated technical solutions
  • Strong skills in negotiation, sales, and customer management, as well as a confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel frequently for regular customer visits and business trips
