To strengthen our Purchasing team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Operational Purchaser (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

  • Ordering production material for prototypes and services
  • Ensuring material availability by independently evaluating scheduling proposals and
    independently optimizing scheduling parameters
  • Interface between our suppliers, sales and production control
  • Monitoring the supply chain for the assigned areas
  • Tracking orders in compliance with delivery deadlines
  • Checking and posting invoices on time
  • Maintaining master data relevant to purchasing

Our requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or technician with additional commercial qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing, experience in international procurement desirable
  • Experience in working with an ERP system, knowledge of proAlpha an advantage
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Precise and careful way of working as well as strong communication skills and organizational talent
  • High degree of initiative, reliability and commitment
  • Very good written and spoken English and knowledge of German desirable
