Management Assistant (M/F/D)

To strengthen our Management team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Management Assistant (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting management in operational, conceptual, and strategic tasks
- Preparing presentations for the board and key meetings
- Researching, analyzing, and processing data to support management decision-making
- Independently handling and coordinating cross-departmental projects, working closely with our management team
- Supporting the implementation, control, and improvement of processes and products at our production facilities
- Acting as a liaison between various specialist departments to optimize key internal processes
Our requirements:
- A completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- Quick learning ability, assertiveness, and a structured, results-oriented way of working
- Strong teamwork skills, organizational abilities, and a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Interest in and experience with digital solutions, plus proficient use of MS Office, professional excell skills,

- Absolute discretion and integrity, as well as loyalty and reliability
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Knowledge of German will be an additional asset.
