To strengthen our IT team in Munich, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a full-time Head of IT and Digitalization (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities
- Development and implementation of the group-wide IT and digitalisation strategy
- Technical and managerial leadership of the infrastructure and ERP team, including
staffing and resource planning - Management of group-wide IT and digitalisation projects, including change
management, stakeholder communication and governance structures - Responsibility for the ERP landscape and the further development of IT systems
at national and international locations - Ensuring a high-performance, secure and future-proof IT infrastructure
including IT security, data protection and cloud/hybrid solutions - Identifying and implementing AI and automation solutions to optimise
business processes and improve efficiency - Responsibility for the IT budget, reporting and the management of external service providers, software partners and contractual relationships
Your Profile
- A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
- Several years’ experience in a comparable leadership role (Head of IT, IT Manager,
CIO), ideally within an internationally operating, medium-sized company - In-depth knowledge of the implementation, operation and further development of ERP
systems, preferably proAlpha - A proven track record of success in leading digitalisation and transformation projects
- Experience in leading multiple teams and managing complex organisational and matrix structures
- Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, IT security and
data protection (GDPR), as well as business fluency in German and English - A structured, organised and results-oriented approach to work with high standards of quality, as well as a strategic, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented personality with a strong hands-on approach and intercultural competence
