To strengthen our Production team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Deputy Production Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

  • Operational Execution: Directly oversee daily production activities to achieve output targets and maintain seamless workflow continuity.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Guide and support Team Leaders and Shift Leaders, facilitate employee onboarding, and foster continuous competency development.
  • Problem Solving & Incident Management: Actively resolve operational roadblocks, minimize downtime, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Quality & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety standards (HSE) and collaborate with Quality Assurance on non-conformance root-cause analyses.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze operational KPIs and champion Lean Manufacturing initiatives to enhance shop-floor productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Logistics, Planning, Maintenance, Process Engineering, and Quality departments.

Our requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical fields, or Production Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience within a modern manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ProAlpha) and MES platforms.
    Solid understanding of production metrics and KPIs.
  • Quality Standards & Methods:
    Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
    Practical application of structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, RCA, Ishikawa).
  • Language Skills: English at a communicative working proficiency (minimum B2 level).
  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational and decision-making skills under pressure, goal-oriented mindset, and excellent cross-team communication.
